I can’t wait to do another raw cleanse. It was such a wonderful experience. In the five day cleanse, I had more energy, less sweet cravings, incredible sleep AND lost 4 pounds. It is pretty hard for me to maintain a completely raw regimen, however, it certainly makes me want to incorporate as many raw foods as I can. Now that I have gone back to adding in some cooked foods, it certainly makes me realize the incredible amount of fruits and vegggies you consume on an all raw diet. I can already feel my body craving those raw foods!!!
